• 2011: Promoter of the European campaign „Sa protejam copiii pe internet” [Protect Children on the Internet] initiated by Reader’s Digest. The objective of the campaign is to guarantee the access of any child using the Internet to a Safety Button: a button for reporting abuses, which should be easy to use and should be made available by Internet providers
• 2011: Organizer of the Kid’s Day event organized by the Romanian Tennis Federation during the first women’s tennis tournament in Bucharest, with prizes in excess of EUR 100,000

• 2010 – 2011: Promoter of the campaign „Ordinul Mortii Nu Poate Salva Vieti” [The Order of Death Cannot Save Lives] initiated by the Salveaza Vieti Association, aimed at helping ill people who need treatment for serious diseases and cannot be treated in our country in due time. For supporting this campaign, Andreea also initiated a petition which was signed by thousands of Romanians in more than 200 cities in the country and 20 countries of the world. The campaign was awarded the prize „Salveaza Vieti Ucide Birocratia” in the Public Participation Awards Gala. In July 2011, after 1 year and 8 months of fighting the Romanian bureaucracy, Order 50 is changed and renamed Order 1011/2011; this order allows for new conditions, which come closer to the patients’ needs, in what regards the right of seriously ill people in Romania who cannot be treated in due time in the country to obtain financial support from the Ministry of Health. This order covers serious diseases which are not covered by the basic package covered by Form E112, which offers funds from the budget of the Health Insurance House
• 2010 – 2011: Promoter of the social campaign „Lupta impotriva cancerului la san” [Fight Against Breast Cancer] initiated by Avon Cosmetics
• March - May 2010: Member of the Civil Society Gala Jury for the sections „Health”, „Social services for unfavored categories”, „Budget-/Efficiency+”
• March 2010: Coproducer, promoter and host of the „Europa Libera AICI Gala”, for the purpose of transferring to a digital format the archives of the Europa Libera radio station, the voice of Romanians during communism
• October 2009: Coproducer, project manager, editor, promoter and host of the Scheherazade Gala broadcast on Realitatea TV, a marathon TV donation event which lasted 4 hours live, with tens of celebrities from various fields. The gala and the campaign which continued until the end of the year drew attention on children rights. • 1st of June 2009: Initiator, co-producer, project manager and editor, promoter for the media campaign and host of the third UNICEF GALA that gathered hundreds of VIP's from various fields in 2 studios of the Romanian Television. The gala and the campaign aimed at raising funds in the benfit of the Romanian children by developing and extending the parenting programs. The partial amount raised: aprox. 200.000 dollars;
• 2009: Promoter of the Campaign “School makes you big”, a public awareness campaign initiated by Ovidiu Rom Association and Child’s Telephone, in cooperation with the Ministry of Education and the National Agency for Child Protection; among the campaign’s objectives: giving parents a way to request information and report problems they face in sending their children to school; making citizens aware of their rights and responsibilities regarding education; collecting data about problems citizens report and provide authorities with a detailed list of issues which are reported, influence public policy changes that will make it easier for poor children to matriculate through school;
• 2009: Producer of the concept and Promoter of the Campaign for mental health, together with the ESTUAR Foundation;
• 2009: Promoter and Image of the Campaign “Gathering, transport, management and storage rehabilitation in Dambovita County” with the purpose of improving the quality of life in Dambovita, a project financed by the European Union;
• December 2008, 20th: The Pampers-UNICEF Gala, concept, Script Writer and Host – Andreea Marin Banica;
• October 2008: Supporter and Promoter of the Campaign “Special children in an autistic Romania” initiated by the “Jurnalul National” Newspaper in the benefit of the 30.000 children who suffer from autism and their families;
• September 2008 – February 2009: Supporter and promoter of the Campaign “1 package = 1 vaccine” initiated by Pampers and UNICEF, one of the broadest campaigns of UNICEF, at the same time having a series of events organized especially for helping children and maternity hospitals from Romania. For the first time, Romania is involved in an UNICEF International Campaign which aims at eliminating the maternal and new-born tetanus by 2012 through vaccinating mothers and children from the continents where the tetanus vaccine is luxury; it is estimated that by 2012 money for 200 millions of tetanus vaccines will be raised. UNICEF Ambassadors from all over the world are involved in this campaign.
• September 2008 - September 2009: Supporter and promoter, through the Foundation „Cherish Life”, of the National Campaign „Let’s read together” initiated by The National Union Party & Policy Centre Roma & Minorities in the benefit of the children who give up school too early.
• 4th of August 2008 - Host of the charity Show „Romania strikes roots”, co-producer and involvement in producing and promoting the campaign. The charity show was produced by The Romanian Reality Television toghether with UNICEF in the benefit of the victims of the floods from Moldavia and Maramures, and one of its consequences will be planting one million trees in the areas that have been affected by land clearings, which is also the major cause of the floods. The charity show „Romania strikes roots”: a 4 hours live show, the participation of over 120 figures from different domains, including the President of Romania, Mr. Traian Basescu; the campaign continues until 4th of September 2008. A partial review of the campaign (on 18th of August 2008): 545.648 euro in the UNICEF banking account, together with The Habitat for Humanity Organization’s donation consisting of house building and rehabilitation with a cost evaluation of 645.000 euro. "VIP Prize - The Event of the Month" awarded to Andreea Marin Banica as the volunteer promoter of the campaign „Romania strikes roots”, together with UNICEF and Realitatea TV. The final amount raised within the Campaign “Romania strikes roots”: 554.279 Euros in the UNICEF bank account. During August, UNICEF has delivered numerous packages with different products for the personal hygiene and sanitarian objects, schoolbags full of toys, and clothes for 4000 children from 42 villages. With the help of the project “The Machine with toys”, over 800 children were sent to camps and other 200 have participated to the games organized through this project. The total sum spent for these initiatives raises to over 200.000 Euros. During the following weeks, UNICEF will provide writing materials for pupils who are victims of the floods, in order for them to be able to continue their studies. The most affected schools will be equipped with furniture for the classrooms, educational materials and books for libraries;
• The Campaign for Quality Journalism - April/May 2008 - the first grand project of the "Cherish Life Foundation": Andreea Marin Banica and Stefan Banica have awarded scholarships to students from 6 major Universities in Romania for their community oriented journalism works that have already been published or presented to the public. The Campaign has been sponsored by two of the most important media trusts (Edipresse SA and Ringier Romania) and a multinational company (Procter & Gamble);
• May 10th 2008 - Initiator, co-producer, project manager and editor, promoter for the media campaign and host of the second UNICEF GALA that gathered hundreds of VIP's from various fields in 2 studios of the Romanian Television. One of the Guests of Honor was the President of Romania, Mr. Traian Basescu. Special guest - Nana Mouskouri, UNICEF Goodwill Ambassador. The final amount raised of the UNICEF Campaign was - 440.000 dollars;
• 2007 - initiator, co-producer, project manager, promoter, host of UNICEF GALA 60 , the first big tv event for UNICEF in Romania. The UNICEF GALA 60, broadcast live for 4 hours has raised almost 670.000 Euros. The campaign has continued until 8th March 2007, when the final amount of funds reached 700.000 Euros, the absolute record in Romania until that moment for a tv fund raising campaign;
• September 2007 – hosted The RED CROSS GALA in the benefit of elderly persons in need. Also Director of this event;
• Promoter and spokeswoman of the campaign “Your all-round education teacher”, 2006 /2007 ;
• Promoter and spokeswoman of the campaign “ One family for every child”, 2007, Republic of Moldova;
• from October 2007 - Silgard Ambasador for Romania – in the “Fight Against Uterus Cancer”campaign;
• 2007 - The Campaign for the children who suffer from cancer from the Fundeni Hospital, Bucharest - endowment with medication, different materials for children’s workshop, encyclopaedias, air conditioner for the wards, medical apparatus; promoter of the charitable Concert of the Scala Orchestra from Milano (December) with the purpose of fund raising for cildren who suffer from cancer, from the Fundeni Hospital, the first two donations being Andreea Marin Banica’s and the Scala Orchestra fees;
• October 10th, 2006: Promoter and Host of the second edition of „The Kind-Hearted Deeds” Gala in the benefit of people with mental disorder, together with Dr. Cristian Andrei, the President of the Estuar Foundation. The campaign and the gala’s purposes were: the social inclusion of the people who suffer from mental disorder, increasing the indulgence to these human beings, fighting against their discrimination, increasing the awareness of the social responsability and raising funds in the benefit of those who suffer from mental disorders;
• 2006- Andreea Marin Banica was appointed the first National Goodwill Ambassador for UNICEF Romania;
• April 2006 – hosted the third edition of the UNICEF GALA - one of the most important charitable events of the year. Over 450 guests (businessmen, artists and writers, politicians) contributed to raising a big sum for children. The edition turned into the greatest event organized by UNICEF Romania so far;
• April 2006 - initiator, image and spokeswoman for the “Cherish Life” humanitarian campaign, launched for the benefit of children affected by the floods in the South-Eastern part of Romania. The campaign was initiated by the Romanian National Television and UNICEF Romania. Around 300,000 $ donations have been raised to support the children from the affected area;
• Initiator of a unique campaign in Romania called “Cherish Life” and dedicated to sustain the Romanian Health-Care System for the benefits of the people suffering of Leukaemia. The campaign was awarded the Mass- Media prize in 2004;
• Initiator of the "Smile for Asia" fund raising campaign in partnership with the Romanian Public Television, for the benefit of the Asian Tsunami crisis victims, especially children and for decreasing the damages - final result of the national fundraising: 750,000 $. Andreea went back to Asia with a transport of medicines for UNICEF Bangkok and made a new documentary in Thailand called "Smile for Asia". In this campaign, her first documentary made in Thailand one year before the Tsunami, called "Thailand - Academy of Tourism" was sold to the benefit of the campaign;
• Host of the charity show “Romania for the Children of Europe” 2006, organized by the Romanian National Television. The TV show was part of a large charitable action, supported by the Romanian Government, in order to raise funds for the children in need from Romanian and European orphanages; during this campaign 1.100.000 Euro were raised;
